Pẹ̀lẹ́ Táyọ̀

This is dedicated to every workaholic out there.

So this Wednesday morning, I'm lying in bed with a very tired, worn out and over used body.

I had spent almost three months working myself out without refueling my energy. So I came up with an ulcerated stomach and a weak body which is not an affliction of the devil but a product of poor application of wisdom.

Pẹ̀lẹ́ is a Yoruba word in Nigeria and it means "sorry". Those were my exact words to myself this morning and if you're a workaholic, it would be great to take out time to rest and work wisely so you wouldn't meet yourself in a 'Pẹ̀lẹ́ situation'.

The simple message I want to pass across is when you have a hectic task ahead, take out time to feed your spirit man with God's word and spend time in Prayers, take out time to feed your body with good food and fruits plus exercise then settle down to plan and breathe!

Don't work yourself out, we need you alive to fulfill that big dream.

Lol...Lying on my bed,

Temitayo A.

Romans 10:9-10
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
