Waiting On Him

Have you always felt like your growth and love life with God is static?

Have you always felt like you're into activity but not into God?

Have you ever felt like you don't even have enough strength to carry on and do all these things?

Your answer might just be this...

Isaiah 40:28-31 is about you!

The Hebrew word Isaiah uses for “wait” is Qavah. It means “to wait, look for, hope, expect.” so we can see that waiting here is an active process.

It's so easy as a youth to carry on with so much of energy and forget that we are connected to a source. Forgetting to wait, is like diving deep into the sea without an oxygen mask, anyone who does so would probably drown.

As you go through your everyday life and race, make it a conscious effort to "wait" upon God.

Wait upon him in prayers, in worship, in meditation, in studying the word. So now you're not just praying but you're expecting from him while you pray, you're not just Worshiping but you're hoping for something. Desire is the key to receiving from God. Don't just run into God like He's an empty space because He's actually our dwelling place.

This could be that one reason why you're getting results at this level.

"Why would you ever complain, O Jacob, or, whine, Israel, saying, “ God has lost track of me. He doesn’t care what happens to me”? Don’t you know anything? Haven’t you been listening? God doesn’t come and go. God lasts. He’s Creator of all you can see or imagine. He doesn’t get tired out, doesn’t pause to catch his breath. And he knows everything , inside and out. He energizes those who get tired, gives fresh strength to dropouts. For even young people tire and drop out, young folk in their prime stumble and fall. But those who wait upon God get fresh strength. They spread their wings and soar like eagles, They run and don’t get tired, they walk and don’t lag behind."

Isaiah 40:27-31

This simple truth can change everything for you. It was a game changer for me and a truth that I began to walk in the moment I caught it. I pray you catch a revelation too
